Reflective Powder
Reflective powder is made of glass beads materials. It is the key component of light-emitting materials such as reflective fabric, reflective film and reflective coating. Reflective powder is also called as reflective glass beads which characterized by its strong retro-reflective effect without any additional electric power.

Photoluminescent Pigment/Glow Powder is made by firing mixture of aluminate and rare earth raw material. Fluorescent Pigment
Different with normal pigments, fluorescent pigments can absorb part of the light (including UV light) and transfer it into a longer wavelength and similar to the normal reflected hue light -- fluorescent light which makes this pigment exceptionally bright and of outstanding visibility.
